Jackson, who hasn't been since since his acquittal, has been spotted vacationing in Dubai.

Two months Jackson's acquittal, he managed to glide out of the public eye following the child-molestation charges. This week, he was spotted in Dubai, a city-state of the United Arab Emirates.

Photos of Michael Jackson sight-seeing surfaced on Monday, which happened to be the pop star's 47th birthday. Jackson, who looked the same as usual was dressed in dark sunglasses, black fedora, black pants, and brightly colored long-sleeved shirts.

The pictures are said to be the first photographic evidence of Jackson since he left a Santa Maria, California, courtroom a free man on June 13. When last seen, Jackson looked thin and frail. In the Dubai pictures, the free man is still thin, but not necessarily frail.

Michael Jackson was chewing on some buffalo wings at the Hard Rock Cafe during his visit. This is an upgrade considering what the star was eating during the trial.
