Michael Lohan Calls "Truce"

Michael Lohan is calling a truce to the war of words between himself, his daughter, Lindsay Lohan, and her girlfriend, Samantha Ronson, reports the San Francisco Chronicle. Over Christmas, Lindsay wrote an angry blog announcing that Michael had another child while still married to her mother. Michael reacted by blaming Ronson for negatively influencing Lindsay, even claiming he was "99 percent" certain that Ronson wrote Lindsay's blogs. In turn, Ronson fired back, telling Page Six, "That's funny, but I don't ghost-write MySpace blogs. Good thing he left that 1 percent window open so he wasn't 100 percent wrong for once."

Now, in an effort to report the truth, Michael Lohan has started his own blog, called MikeLohanOnline.com. In the first entry, entitled, "To Set the Record Straight," Michael wrote, "Let me say that this Web site is NOT about Lindsay or Samantha. I have no intention of disclosing any information or feelings I may have about either one of them unless it is in defense of what they or one of their 'mouthpieces' might say about me." The Web site will also have live weekly video chats and a calendar of upcoming appearances and events.
