Michelle McGee's Ex Wants Full Custody of Son

Michelle McGee, Jesse James' alleged mistress, is in a custody battle with her ex-husband, Ronald Shane Modica.

Modica is seeking temporary and legal custody of their five-year-old son, Avery. Modica's latest motion after the affair between Sandra Bullock's husband, Jesse James, and McGee surfaced this week.

Modica says that he needs protection for his son, and that Avery protests when it is time to go to his mother's house. Modica also fears that McGee will run off with Avery to Australia where her alleged boyfriend may live.

Additionally, Modica claims that McGee has had pornographic shoots in the home she shares with Avery, and that she has slipped into more stripping, pills, and alcohol. The documents claim that she is mentally ill yet refuses to take medication for her bipolar disorder.

McGee has an older son, Ellijah, from a previous relationship, who thinks it is funny that she makes the Nazi salute. Modica states that McGee's home has coffins in the living room and has magnets that spell out "White Power."

McGee has disputed Modica's claims, saying that she spends quality time with her sons and does not do drugs. The next court date to revise terms of the custody is scheduled for May 12.
