Michelle Trachtenberg Goes From "Gossip Girls" To Coach Design

"Gossip Girl" bad-girl Michelle Trachtenberg is joining a long list of actors turned designers. She is teaming up with Coach to design a jewelry line for Coach's Poppy Line. Women's Wear Daily said that the collection will have colorful crystals, faux pearls and intricate hardware, Celebuzz reported.

Trachtenberg said the opportunity "was too exciting to pass up," according to examiner.com.

"The collections are perfect representations of my whimsical attitude towards fashion and have that great mix of girly and edgy that I love," she said about the Poppy collection.

This project will debut spring 2010. Preview pieces will be available starting Dec. 1 at Coach stores and online.
