Mike Tyson copes with daughter's death
More than two months after the tragic death of Mike Tyson's daughter, Exodus, the former boxer says he is still trying to cope with the horrific circumstances. Exodus's death was caused by the 4-year-old's accidental strangling with a treadmill cord, and Tyson stated in People magazine that he is still in denial and partially blames himself for the accident. Tyson even mentioned, "I have become a member of a club no one wants to join. I have been told the pain never stops but you get over it."
To keep from being too dismal, Tyson has returned to working on movies and television. He recently appeared in the comedy, "The Hangover," and says that acting keeps him from losing hope. Tyson also appeared in an episode of the Fox series, "Brothers."
Tyson has five children from previous relationships, and soon after Exodus's death, he married Lakiha Spicer, ABC News reports.
