Miles Austin May Start for Cowboys
After his record-breaking performance in his first career start Sunday, wide receiver Miles Austin may become a full-time starter.
The Dallas Morning News reports Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Miles Austin may get a chance to start. Austin put up an impressive performance Sunday at the Kansas City Chiefs, recording 250 receiving yards and two touchdowns, including a 60-yard game-winning touchdown reception in overtime.
On his NFC East stock watch, ESPN blogger Matt Mosley speaks highly of Austin, mentioning that not only did his stock rise Sunday, but he also broke the Cowboys single game receiving yards record set by Bob Hayes in 1966.
According to Rotoworld.com, Cowboys coach Wade Phillips says Austin will get at least 50 plays in the Cowboys next game. However, Phillips neglected to specify whether or not Austin would start at wide receiver.
