Miley Cyrus to Perform at Macy's Parade

Miley Cyrus will be giving her fans something to be thankful for when she performs at the "82nd Annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade," a press release stated.

The holiday event will be broadcasted live on NBC from New York City and the 16-year-old star of Disney's Hannah Montana is just one of a handful of names already scheduled to appear.

LiveDaily reports that besides Cyrus, artists like American Idol runner-up David Archuleta, The Cheetah Girls, Trace Adkins, Darius Rucker, and James Taylor will be there, as well as actress/singer Kristin Chenoweth and a performance by the Broadway production of Hair.

There will also be a tribute to artist Keith Haring this year. A balloon based on his 1987 paper drawings, "Figure with Heart," will be featured. The late artist's work also made its way onto set designs for Madonna's current "Sticky and Sweet" tour.

The parade will air on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday November 27.
