Miley Cyrus plays Hartford with new ticket system

As Miley Cyrus goes on her Wal-Mart-sponsored tour this fall as a budding musical star, one of her premier stops will be the reverential XL Center in Hartford, Conn. on Nov 12. Tickets for the show will go on sale online for various prices. Many parents were aggravated by previous Miley shows because of swindlers would take advantage of the younger folk be reselling tickets for thousands of dollars. Members of the Miley Cyrus fan club are able to buy tickets a day before non-members.
