Miley Cyrus Says, "Stay Away from the Internet"

I can personally understand why Miley Cyrus wouldn’t want to be on the Internet. The Perez Hilton up-skirt shot. The skimpy picture’s on MySpace. The drama with her and the Internet is endless. But some might say telling our youth to stay off might be a bit much. And at one point she was a web lover. But eventually, she deleted her Twitter and warned our youth to stay off the Internet.

She stated, “I’m urging kids don’t go on the Internet, it’s not fun it’s dangerous”. Wow, Miley really cares about the youth’s safety but she should leave that up for the parents to decide. We know she is trying to be a good influence even though she kind of became a sex symbol. So I’m not sure how true her advice is. She’s not alone in the web bashing. Prince stated that he will not lease his music on the Internet anymore and he went on a rant about it.

George Clooney also chimed in by saying, "I would rather have a prostate exam on live television by a guy with very cold hands than have a Facebook page." I wonder why all these Hollywood stars are bashing the Internet, I think it’s kind of crazy, don’t you?
