Miley Cyrus is a smoker

It seems Miley Cyrus wants to leave her good girl Disney image behind.

The 18-year-old former Hannah Montana star was spotted soaking up the sun during a day at the lake with her friends and her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth.

Although she was seen all smiles on jet skis, toting her new puppy Floyd around, flaunting her body – and tattoos—she was carrying around one thing Cyrus fans were none to pleased to see: a cigarette.

She was seen lighting up after a dip in the water and walking her dog.

Cyrus fans have voiced their opinion about Cyrus’ new unhealthy habit.

"I'm just worried I don't wanna see her in 5 years doing drugs or like Amy Winehouse," one Cyrus fan tweeted, according to The Herald Sun.

"Kinda sad that @mileycyrus smokes now, I remember back in the good old days when she was hannah montana, she's changed alot," another fan added.

Cyrus appears to have changed her mind since penning her autobiography. In Miles to Go, released in 2009, she wrote she’d never touch cigarettes.

“I would never smoke,” she wrote. “I always say that for me, smoking would be like smashing my guitar and expecting it to play. I'd never do that to my voice, not to mention the rest of my body."
