Miley Cyrus Stalker Out of Control

Most Miley Cyrus fans seem to be screaming tween girls, but one of them is a really creepy old man!

Mark McLeod, who was already on the grounds for arrest but released because there was no room in for him in a Georgia jail, has been arrested again. According to SFGate.com, this time McLeod was spotted wandering around the set of Cyrus' new movie "The Last Song." He had originally wanted to make contact with Cyrus and was arrested previously for saying inappropriate things to some other fans.

McLeod is now facing a restraining order that Cyrus had enforced. The documents in the order stated that McLeod may not "harass, threaten, molest, contact, or attempt to contact, or in any other manner interfere with Cyrus, and member of her family, her friends, and fellow employees."

According to the New York Daily News, McLead said he had sent Cyrus hundreds of messages and that she has "secretly" responded to them on her website and on her television program.
