Miley's Hacker Busted by the FBI

Do you really hack into an email account and post raunchy pictures of someone underage online and expect not to get caught? Especially when that someone is teen sensation Miley Cirus?

The 19-year-old hacker who stole racy picks of Cyrus's from her old email account and posted them online has had his computers seized by the FBI, reports Eonline.com.

Reportedly, agents surprised hacker Josh Holly Monday morning with a search warrant at his Murfreesboro, Tenn. apartment and a file containing a record of his online activities.

They came equipped with a list of what they were looking for and left with three computers and the teen's phone.

There was no arrest, and no charges have been officially filed . . . yet.

William Sobel, Cyrus's attorney, told E! Online that the investigation is far from over, "This is an ongoing investigation and we appreciate the efforts of the FBI."

No wonder they were upset, one of the pictures in question was posted on the hacker's blog and showed the barely turned 16-year-old in her shower, clad in a wet, white T-shirt, with another showing her leaning over a mirror, blowing kisses to the camera.

Of course, the pics spread like wildfire on celeb Internet gossip sites.

The hacker's reaction to the publicity? He reportedly called in to radio station KKFR in Phoenix, Ariz. on Aug. 6 to brag about how easy it is to hack into others accounts.

So the question is, why did he do it?

The teen wrote on his blog, "I was thinking about not leaking them cause I felt bad. But the demand for me to leak them was stronger than the demand and begs of people not to leak them. I really do feel bad for leaking the pictures due to the fact that she is rising and she is trying to be a role model for the younger crowd, but I have to give what the people want."

Who's worse, the hacker for stealing and posting the pics or the public wanting pics of a half-naked teenage girl?
