Minus Jon and "Kate Plus Eight"
On Tuesday, the TLC network made an announcement stating they were adjusting to the change in the Gosselin household and renaming the show "Kate Plus Eight".
The new show will focus on Kate's life as a single mother raising her twin 8-year-olds and 5-year-old sextuplets.
"Jon & Kate Plus Eight" has been losing viewers since the announcement that the two were separating. The episode containing their announcement was at its peak with 10 million viewers, where as of last week the viewership has gone down to 1.7 million.
Coincidently since Jon is facing unemployment he has filed paperwork through his lawyer requesting to stall his divorce for 90 days. Jon has had a change of heart and wants to mend his relationship with Kate.
The divorce between Jon and Kate was scheduled to be final by the end of November.
"Kate Plus Eight" will premiere in November on the TLC network.
