Miranda Kerr and Orlando Bloom welcomed their first child, Flynn, back in January.

The Victoria's Secret model, who says she once worked 18-hour days, is embracing motherhood and making family her first priority.

"The pace has slowed, so I can spend the majority of my time with Flynn," Kerr, 28, tells InStyle Australia, according to Us Weekly. "We have a bath together every night. I am first a wife and a mother. When I work, it needs to be the best decision for us as a family."

While many Hollywood stars quickly hit the gym to get their slender figures back after giving birth, Kerr was less concerned with her body because she was just happy to have a healthy baby.

"Flynn is a big baby...and I thought to myself, 'I have so much more that I want to do aside from modeling,'" she said. "I can live with my body not being in shape if I have a healthy son. It's worth it."

Kerr's healthy son, who weighed 10 pounds, did not make it an easy birth. The Australian model, who gave birth to Flynn naturally, recalls it was the most painful thing she has experienced.

"I actually thought I was going to die at one point and left my body," Kerr says. "I was looking down on myself, the pain was so intense. I kept thinking, 'How do women do this?' But if other women have done this, I can do it too. I was determined."
