Mischa Barton Charged with DUI

People magazine is reporting that former OC star Mischa Barton was charged Tuesday for driving under the influence and possession of marijuana, from her arrest in December.

The 22-year-old was also charged with driving without a valid license. Her arraignment is set to take place Thursday in Beverly Hills Superior Court.

Barton was arrested Dec. 27 in West Hollywood for investigation of DUI.
