Mr. ShamWow Becomes Mr. ShamPOW

Vince Shlomi, a spokesman for the popular infomercial product, ShamWow, was arrested last month in Miami, on suspicion of punching a prostitute, reports Chicago Sun-Times.

The late-night infomercial king was in a Miami nightclub before taking stripper Lenea Harris back to his hotel room where he offered her $1,000 for sex.

According to Associated Content, it was when they first kissed that the party went sour. Shlomi claimed that upon kissing, Harris bit down on his tongue and would not let go. It was at this time that he began punching her in the face until she released. Shlomi then ran to security officers in the hall who later called local authorities.

Harris was found with several cuts and scratches on her face.

Both Mr. ShamWow and Ms. Harris were arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery, but prosecutors declined to file formal charges, reports WPTV.
