MTV and George Clooney will raise funds for Haiti

International help arrived today in Haiti and MTV announced that actor George Clooney will host a bi-coastal telethon next week to raise money and support for relief effort.
The Jan. 22 fundraiser will air on all MTV Networks channels.
MTV announced that it will announce a roster nof musicians, actors and actresses to help Clooney in his efforts to raise awareness for the conditions in Haiti.
The 7.0 magnitude earthquake killed hundreds of thousands of Haitians.
Native Haitian Wyclef Jean wrote on his website "I cannot stress what a human disaster this is, and idle hands will only make this tragedy worse."
