Naomi Strikes Again!

36-year-old Naomi Campbell could be looking at seven years of jail if convicted for the assault charged held against her. It was said that she threw her cell phone at her house keeper's head which caused the woman to get 4 stitches.

Campbell did not appear in court for her hearing and is ordered to appear for the next appearance on November 15th, or else she will be sent to jail. Campbell's attorney, David Breitbart explained that her reasoning for not being in court was due to the media outside the courthouse. The judge, however thought that was inexcusable.

The supermodel has had two other employees sue her just this year. In 2002 she pleaded guilty for assaulting another employee with a phone as well. She paid the fine toward the employee and attended anger management classes. She was arrested in March for also hitting her maid at the time, on the head with again, a cell phone.

She has denied any charges of assault with her current arrest.
