Naomi Watts: Bargain Shopper at Heart
Actress Naomi Watts loves a good bargain as much as the next woman.
Watts attended the launch of the Liberty of London for Target collection Wednesday to snap up some good deals.
“I didn’t grow up earning the money I earn now,” Watts tells People magazine. “But this is what’s so great about this! That merging with a place like Target makes it so accessible for everyone. It’s so affordable and I’ve been going nuts.”
The mag says Watts bought baby clothes for her niece, plates, cups and other household items.
Watts explains to People her roots with the fashion brand stem from childhood:
“I was born and raised in England and my mom’s an interior designer and was always obsessed with Liberty fabrics and textiles. There are dresses on the racks where I’m like ‘Oh my god.’ It brings up so much nostalgia because I know I had that dress or something in the vicinity.”
Liberty of London’s Target collection hits stores and the Web on Sunday, March 14.
