NBC: Christina Aguilera was not fired from 'The Voice'

Despite rumors, Christina Aguilera was not fired from NBC's The Voice.

A source close to the singer told realitytvmagazine.com that Aguilera dedicated more time on set to her boyfriend than her responsibilities.

"There is absolutely no truth to the rumor," said NBC executive vice-president Paul Telegdy in a statement.

Aguilera will return to The Voice for a second season with co-judges Adam Levine, Cee-lo Green and Blake Shelton.
