New Ellen Page Film Set To Launch
The new film will debut on May 9
Juno star Ellen Page's pre-Oscar star in the irregular split-screen drama The Tracey Fragments will land in theaters this May via ThinkFilm, Yahoo reports.
In the film, Page plays a depressed teen who searches for her missing younger brother. Director Bruce McDonald uses a non-linear narrative to convey her character's thoughts.
ThinkFilm, will release the film in New York May 9, which will be followed by a platform theatrical rollout. In the short-term, The Tracey Fragments debuts in the Museum of Modern Art's fifth annual Canadian Front series in New York.
Tracey is also due to compete for six awards including best actress for Page at the Genies, Canada's version of the Oscars, March 3.
