The New Kids Are Back!

The New Kids on the Block are reuniting and going on tour.

I can barely remember the New Kids on the Block. I think my babysitter had a pillowcase with their pictures on it. But that isn't stopping the "Kids" from heading out on tour for the first time in 14 years.

E! News reports that Joey McIntyre, Donnie Wahlberg, Danny Wood and Jordan and Jonathan Knight will be reuniting as the Kids, even though their youngest member is 35. This is because everyone "is a kid at heart," according to McIntyre. The band is prepared for the jokes that will be made about them, but they really wanted to reunite for their fans.

The band will be performing for the first time live on May 16 on the Today show, before heading off on tour. They even have some new material to introduce to the world. Wahlberg told the audience at the Today show, "We hope to tour in the fall-we're already setting up limited dates."
