New Search Warrants in MJ's Investigation

Three new search warrants have been executed to help determine the death of Michael Jackson.

According to the Los Angeles Times, the LAPD detectives have executed three new search warrants in their attempt to come to conclusion whether or not prescription drugs played a role in Michael Jackson's death.

Sources familiar with the investigation told the newspaper that the warrants were part of an effort to reconstruct Jackson's medical history. This is hard due to the number of doctors who treated the pop star over the years.

At least five physicians that prescribed medication to Jackson are under investigation.

On June 25th, the day of Jackson's death, police took prescription drugs from his home rented in Holmby Hills, Calif.

A source also told the Times that "numerous bottles" of the sedative drug Dirprivan were found at Jackson's home.

Investigators are still uncertain whether or not drugs played a role in Jackson's death.
