New season, new look for "Desperate Housewives"
ABC's "Desperate Housewives" took a lot of criticism for last season, saying it was dull, uneventful and there was even complaint the characters never seemed to be together in any scene. However, the creator/executive producer, Marc Cherry has said the third season will be more enjoyable.
It was said he didn't intend that the ABC ladies would have been such a hit, therefore he didn't prepare for a second season. Now, he's ready to blow the audience away with his new season and his new partners, Jeff Greenstein ("Will & Grace") and Joe Keenan ("Frasier").
Despite the criticism from fans and critics last year, Cherry didn't think his second season of "Housewives" was a complete failure. He believed they did sum up with some good ideas, however the third season is planned out a lot better, compared to the last.
"Desperate Housewives" airs on ABC Sunday at 9.
