New Superman Movie Leaps onto IMAX Screens in 3-D
Portions of 'Superman Returns' can be seen in 3-D this summer on IMAX screens.
The new Superman movie will be playing in 3-D on Imax screens this summer. Three or four sections, totaling about 20 minutes of "Superman Returns" will be projected in 3-D. Viewers will be instructed when to put on and take off their special 3-D glasses. The movie which features Brandon Routh as the Man of Steel will be released in regular and IMAX theaters on June 30. Kate Bosworth stars as Lois Lane and Kevin Spacey appears as Superman's nemesis, Lex Luthor.
