Backstreet Boy singin' the blues.
The youngest Backstreet Boy, Nick Carter was sentenced to 3 months treatment for alcohol abuse after pleading guilty on Tuesday to a March 5th charge of drunken driving.
The Orange County Superior Court judge also slapped the singer with fines totaling to $1,200. According to Deputy District Attorney Tate McCallister, the 25 year old Carter will also have a restricted licence for 90 days and be on informal probation for three years.
Carter wouldn't be the first Backstreet Boy with a drinking problem. Fellow band mate, AJ McLean has been open with his past troubles with alcohol.
The Backstreet Boys have recently reunited after a four year break.
