Nick Jonas and Miley Cyrus may have rekindled their romance.

According to Joe Jonas, his brother Nick Jonas and Miley Cyrus have rekindled their romance, according to MSNBC. On Thursday, during a "Larry King Live" interview, Joe was asked if he had a girlfriend and said, "Yes, I do." King then asked if she was as famous as Nick's girlfriend. Joe responded, "I don't think anyone is as famous as Miley Cyrus."

Joe has been rumored to have dated country singer Taylor Swift and now has been linked with actress Camilla Bell.

Cyrus recently ended her relationship with Justin Gaston. Cyrus and Nick were previously in a relationship for two years. On "Larry King," Nick said it has been nice to reconnect with her again. Representatives for the two have not confirmed or denied the relationship, reports MTV.
