Nick Hogan to Be Released Early
Hulk Hogan's son, Nick Bollea, will be released from jail three months early due to his good behavior and working, according to People magazine.
Bollea was convicted of felony reckless driving and was sentenced to eight months in jail. People reported Bollea is set to be released on Oct. 21, resulting in only five months served.
"They automatically get credits towards early release, and if they don't do anything bad while they're here, they get to use the credits," a jail official told People.
Hogan began serving sentence immediately after his conviction in May. The charges stem from an accident in August 2007 that left Bollea's best friend, John Graziano III, on life support. Graziano requires lifelong care.
Bollea pleaded "no contest" to the charges and was also sentenced to 500 hours of community service and five years of probation.
Bollea's accident and subsequent jail time has only been one part of the Hogans' turbulent year; Hulk Hogan and his wife, Linda Bollea, separated last year and are continuing with divorce proceedings.
