Nick Jonas To Set Out On Tour

Nick Jonas will be touring with The Administration as a solo project away from his brothers

Nick Jonas is going on tour with band "The Administration," reported Reuters.

The Jonas Brothers star will be playing with his new band, a solo project which does not include his brothers, on a 14 day tour.

The singer and actor said the new project would not affect the Jonas Brothers band in any way.

The Administration will release the first single on Wednesday and their debut album "Who I am" in February.

The tour will begin in Dallas on Jan. 2 and finish in Berkley, Calif., on Jan. 30.

"Nick Jonas and The Administration" will make their television debut during the Grammy Awards in Los Angeles on Wednesday.

The 17-year-old musician is the youngest member of the family based band The Jonas Brothers.

The band has become a teen sensation drawing the attention of Disney Channel with the television series "Jonas," which is based on the brothers struggling as teenagers and their band.
