Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo’s wedding will be televised

Cameras will be rolling as Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo walk down the aisle because their wedding will be televised on TLC.

TLC will be airing Nick & Vanessa’s Dream Wedding, a television special that will air within weeks of the blessed event. Viewers will see the wedding planning as well as the ceremony, according to USAToday.com.

An air date for the special has yet to be determined.

"We're lucky to have such passionate and loving fans, and we thought partnering with TLC on this special would be the best way to share the exciting journey we're on with all the people that support us and our relationship," Lachey and Minnillo said in a joint statement.

The special will also feature footage from the couple’s joint wedding shower and Minnillo’s search for the definitive wedding dress, People.com notes.

The 37-year-old Lachey and the 30-year-old Minnillo have been dating since 2006.

As the public is well aware, Lachey is no stranger to cameras surrounding his private life. His wedding to Jessica Simpson, as well as their early married life, was televised on the MTV show Newlyweds: Nick and Jessica for three seasons. Lachey and Simpson were married in 2002. Their divorce was finalized in 2006.
