Nicky Hilton Makes Citizen's Arrest

The celebrity heiress arrests a man who hit her car.

According to the L.A. Times and MSNBC, celebrity heiress Nicky Hilton made a citizen's arrest earlier today at an IHOP in West Hollywood, California.

Hilton was leaving after she ate breakfast at the International House of Pancakes, located on Santa Monica Blvd., when, at around 5 a.m., Michael Broadhurst, 50, allegedly shoved into her car from behind.

Broadhurst was cited on suspicion of misdemeanor battery after the incident.

Hilton was neither robbed nor hurt; however, she was extremely upset. A sheriff's deputy who was in the restaurant at the time heard the commotion, and came to see what the problem was.

What the officer observed, according to Access Hollywood, was Hilton placing the man under "private person's arrest." The officer and another deputy helped Hilton; however, the 25-year-old younger sister of Paris Hilton had the situation "all under control."

Broadhurst, who is reportedly homeless, has been ordered to appear before the court on Apr. 21.
