Nicole Richie files for restraining order

Nicole Richie is forced to get a retraining order against two paparazzi who have allegedly been stalked the starlet.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge David and Ivon Miguel granted the restraining order Friday.

Richie report that she had endured an car crash while trying to avoid the two men attempting to photographer her. According to the Los Angeles Times she released a statement saying, "I am fearful that [their] continued presence may cause yet another accident, this time with my infant children in the vehicle."

She has said that the two men sit posted outside of her home on a daily basis. "[They] scream at me in an attempt to get my reaction, scare me, follow me, chase me in [their] vehicle," she told People. Richie's attorney, Mark Geragos, feels that the men have crossed a line when it comes to being paparazzi and stalking.
