Nicole Richie Involved In Car Accident
Former reality TV star Nicole Richie, 28, was rear-ended yesterday in Beverly Hills. After the crash Richie complained of pain but no ambulance was called since she wanted to be treated by her own doctors. It is still unknown what her injuries, if any, could have been. Richie had an adult male passenger in the car at the time but his identity and condition have not been released.
The driver that rear-ended Richie was freelance photographer Edwardo Arrivebene, 29. He was arrested and booked for driving without a license. Arrivebene's car was impounded. He was later released on bail.
Arrivebene told KTLA that he and his partner, who was in the car with him, were entirely to blame for the accident. He said that they are very sorry and plan to pay for all the damages. The crash happened when Arrivebene's camera had fallen to the floor of the car and he tried to pick it up.
Richie is married to Good Charlotte singer Joel Madden, 30. They have two children together, Harlow, one, and Sparrow James, born last month. Neither child was with Richie yesterday.
