Number One Florida Escapes with Victory Against Arkansas

Once again, Tim Tebow saves the day.

The number one ranked Florida Gators escaped homecoming weekend with a win at home against the Arkansas Razorbacks, winning 23-20, reports SI.com. The Gators were losing for much of the game, but managed to seal the deal with a field goal by Caleb Sturgis with only a few seconds left on the clock.

According to the Associated Press, it was quarterback Tim Tebow who kept Florida's season alive. Tebow led a 69-yard drive in the final minutes, which set up the game-winning field goal. Tebow threw for 255 yards and a touchdown and rushed for 69 yards.

USA Today states the Gators are now 6-0. Last week, the Gators also avoided a loss in a close game versus LSU. Can the defending national champions stay undefeated?
