N.Y. Real Housewife Gets Spin-off
Bethenny Frankel, of Bravo's "Real Housewives of New York City," will branch out on her own reality show. The New York Post reported Thursday that the new Bravo show, "Skinny and the City," will premiere this fall.
The latest season of "Real Housewives" covered her quest for a soul mate. Her engagement to Jason Hoppy was confirmed in Us Weekly earlier this month after she was seen wearing a diamond ring in Miami.
Life & Style reports that the reality TV star is writing a book about "romance, money and friends" and was inspired by her public feud with fellow "Housewife" Kelly Bensimon.
Frankel's book, "Naturally Thin: Unleash Your Skinnygirl and Free Yourself from a Lifetime of Dieting," includes a one-week program to help readers start the healthy lifestyle she encourages. According to her Web site, the book has been on the New York Times Best Seller List for 17 weeks.
