O' Brien Tickets Rising In Value

Tickets to Conan O' Briens The Legally Prohibited From Being Funny On Television Tourare being resold for huge bucks on eBay, Craigslist, and other secondary markets. The tickets for the May 19 and 20 at the Chicago Theatre started selling as recently as Thursday for $40. According to ChicagoTribune.com, the tickets started being put up to be resold "almost immediately after selling out Thursday."

ChicagoTribune.com also reports that prices were still rising Friday, and that tickets are now going for more than $300. There's also somebody bartering tickets to the Cubs home opener with the hope of getting a chance to snatch some O' Brien tickets.

O' Brien received a $45 million payout for leaving The Tonight Show, and has been keeping a low profile. The terms of his payout deal are that he isn't to host another TV show until Sept. 1.
