O. J. Simpson Back in Court . . . No Surprise

O. J. Simpson claims once again that the justice system has treated him unfairly.

Simpson, 61, asked the Nevada Supreme Court on Tuesday to throw out his armed robbery and kidnapping convictions, according to Reuters.

The ex-football star says he was denied a fair trial due to judicial misconduct, insufficient evidence and a lack of racial diversity on the jury, reports the Associated Press.

Supreme Court spokesman Bill Gang said there was no way to know when the justices might rule. "The amount of time it takes depends on the number and complexity of the issues raised," said Gang.

Simpson attorneys Yale Galanter and Malcolm LaVergne wrote in the appeal document, "Cumulative error . . . was so egregious and prejudicial that the defense could not get a fair trial."

Where's Simpson's dream team when he needs them most?
