You know all that perpetual drumming all those dirty hippies are doing from their tents at Occupy Wall Street locations all over the country? Well, it turns out they might not be so crazy after all.

The Occupy movement is getting a stimulus package, in the form of a tribute album called Occupy This Album: A Compilation of Music by, for and Inspired by the Occupy Wall Street Movement and the 99%. According to Reuters, an all-star benefit album featuring acts like Michael Moore, Yoko Ono, Willie Neson, Third Eye Blind, Toots and the Maytals, Jackson Browne and many others will contribute to the album.

All the artists involved in the project are also supporters of the Occupy movement, and according to a press release for the album, all the profits from the album will go "directly towards the needs of sustaining this growing movement." The L.A. Times reports that in addition to the 47 plus artists that will be involved with the project, some of the drummers and musicians who have been occupying Zuccotti Park as a part of the protest will also be featured on the album.

This isn't the first time celebrities have gotten involved in the Occupy movement. When police in New York started cracking down on security in Zuccotti Park and graphic pictures of police spraying pepper spray at protestors surfaced on the Internet, celebrities took to Twitter to voice their reactions. Alec Baldwin accused New York's mayor Michael Bloomberg of infringing on free speech. "Bloomberg's NY is no place for the 1st amendment," Baldwin said on Twitter. "Bloomberg serves Wall Street, now and forever. And Wall Street cannot handle free speech."

Some artists who have gotten even more involved in the movement include Pete Seeger, David rosy and Graham Nash, who have actually gone to Occupy sites to perform.

The album is set to release in the spring and the full list of artists can be found here/.
