Kris Jenner is probably dancing around for joy at all the problems OJ Simpson, and former husband of her late friend, Nicole Simpson, is facing.

TMZ reported the infamous football player, who was accused of brutally murdering Simpson and her friend Ronald Goldman in the ‘90s, is going to have to find a new home because the bank is foreclosing on the one he has in Florida.

But he won’t be needing one for quite some time because, according to the New York Daily News, Simpson is in a Nevada prison serving time for kidnapping, armed robbery and other charges.

According to Miami-Dade Circuit Court records, JP Morgan Chase filed the foreclosure in September of last year.

The 64-year-old’s attorneys have since filed a motion to dismiss the foreclosure on the home, which features four bedrooms and four bathrooms and is located south of downtown Miami.

Simpson bought the home twelve years ago in 2000 for $575,000, and it is now worth only $478,401. Anyone looking to move into the home of an accused murderer and one-time star NFL athlete?

He is currently serving a nine to 33-year prison sentence for an armed confrontation back in 2007 that he had with sports memorabilia dealers in a Las Vegas casino hotel room.
