Olivia Wilde Separates from Husband

Olivia Wilde may have a hot acting career right now, but it seems that this professional success may have been causing stress on her personal relationships. Wilde’s rep recently confirmed that the actress would be separating from her husband, Tao Ruspoli.

Wilde and her husband had been together for eight years. People reports that they eloped when she was just 18, and Ruspoli is actually an Italian prince.

This separation did not just come out of the blue, however, MTV notes that they had been living apart for some time and Wilde and Ruspoli didn’t have any delusions about marriage when they first got together. Their plan was to just try their best to make it work, but it seems that this plan is no longer working.

Wilde was recently in The Next Three Days, and she also played the lead female role in Tron: Legacy. She will appear in this summer’s Cowboys & Aliens with Harrison Ford and Daniel Craig. In addition, Wilde has a recurring role on Fox’s House M.D.
