Other Woman ID'd in Locklear-Sambora Divorce Case

Everyone has been the receiver of some inappropriate e-spam at some point. But what if that weren't spam?

That's the question Heather Locklear must be asking herself this week after finding racy photos of soon-to-be-ex-husband Richie Sambora's former personal assistant in his e-mail.

Stephanie Heaton was fired last year after working for Sambora for six years, and Locklear believed that her husband had severed all ties with her -- until she discovered the photos, which seemed to intimate a romantic relationship between the pair.

When Locklear found out Sambora and Heaton had been speaking on the phone every day, it was just the last straw in a marriage already stressed by divergent careers (Locklear's as an actress and Sambora's as guitarist for Bon Jovi).

Sambora claims he never asked for the pictures, which reportedly depict Heaton in a "baby-doll" nightgown and fishnet stockings in various provocative poses.

Locklear is seeking total custody over the couple's 8-year-old daughter Ava.
