Other Woman to Testify in Brinkley Divorce

Diana Bianchi, the 21-year-old assistant who had an affair with Christie Brinkley's ex-husband, Peter Cook, has been subpoenaed to testify about the affair, the New York Daily News reports.

The 54-year-old Brinkley, who filed for divorce from Cook in 2006 shortly after learning about the affair, found out about Cook's adultery through the then-18-year-old Bianchi's stepfather.

While Cook and his attorney sought to have the divorce case settled out of court, Brinkley has been intent on going through to trial, which will begin July 2. Brinkley even asked Suffolk County Judge Mark Cohen to keep her trial open to the public. Bianchi is expected to be the star witness.

Cook, however, believes that a public trial would be detrimental to the couple's children, 12-year-old Jack and 9-year-old Sailor.
