Owner of "Rock of Love II" House Suing
The owner of the house where Rock of Love II was filmed is suing Mindless Entertainment, the production company behind the show, and Bret Michaels. According to E! News, Ray Sahranavard believes that at least $380,000 worth of damage was done to his Encino mansion in California while the show was shot in the winter.
Sahranavard is suing for a breach of contract that guaranteed a $3 million insurance policy and that the house would be the same when he returned after filming ended. It seems that when he came home, there were holes in walls, doors, and the ceiling. His garden was also completely ruined.
The producers of the show have said that they were not aware of the damage and did not know what was going on in the house while they weren't shooting. It turns out that they also did not get that $3 million insurance policy on the house.
Sahranavard originally was only suing Mindless Entertainment, but now he has amended it to include Bret Michaels for intentionally destroying property.
