P. Diddy's flirting gets him into trouble at a Hollywood nightclub.

P. Diddy, or Sean Combs, the name which the infamous rapper has chosen to go by this year, has a May 27 court date for a civil case against him.

According to MTV News, Gerald Rechnitzer, a California man who claims Combs assaulted him, has four witnesses who gave depositions at a hearing on Tuesday.

Rechnitzer approached Combs after the rapper flirted with his fiancee, Sofia Sokolov, at last year's post-Oscar party at Teddy's in the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel. The four witnesses all support Rechnitzer's story that Combs hit him unprovoked. Rechnitzer was knocked into a taxi by the blow, and Combs walked away with his entourage, asking the bystanders "What the f* are you looking at?"

Rechnitzer had filed a complaint with the LAPD, but no charges were filed. People for both Rechnitzer and Combs declined to comment.
