Paris Hilton and ‘Hangover’ director Todd Phillips caught locking lips at Hollywood party

Paris Hilton appears to be getting over her failed relationship with Las Vegas club owner Cy Waits by turning her attention toward Hangover director Todd Phillips.

Hilton and Waits were caught locking lips during a party held at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood, California, where stars such as Bradley Cooper and Gerard Butler gathered to celebrate the Fourth of July weekend.

“They were getting very friendly and they didn’t mind who saw,” an onlooker told The Daily Mail. “Paris couldn’t keep his hands off Todd, and he was loving the attention. He looked like the cat who got the cream.”

A photograph of the pair, which was taken last Thursday inside Beacher’s Madhouse, hints that they could be involved in a blossoming new romance.

Shortly after they shared a kiss at the Hollywood bash, the socialite and film director were spotted leaving the Chateau Marmont Hotel together.

Hilton and Waits announced their split on June 22, when a spokesperson revealed, “It was a joint and amicable decision. They both have respect and care for one another and ask you to please respect their privacy.”
