Paris Hilton briefly walks out of an interview

Paris Hilton walked out of an interview with Dan Harris on Good Morning America.

The interview was aired on Wednesday. It seemed as if the celebrity walked out, consulted her publicist for an answer to a question, and returned to deliver that answer to Harris.

So, what exactly happened? According to E! Online, Harris asked Hilton, “Do you feel as if people like Kim Kardashian are overshadowing you?"

"No, not at all," Hilton replied.

"Do you ever worry about your moment having passed?" Harris then asked, People reports. He was referring to her show, The World According to Paris. The show’s viewership has decreased significantly.

After this question, Hilton looked at her publicist. "You want to wrap up?" Harris asked Hilton after seeing her reaction. Without answering, she stood up and walked away.

E! Online reports that as she walked off, Hilton forgot to turn off her mic. She was heard saying to her publicist, “Well, I don't want all this being used."

Hilton then came back and replied, “I've been in this business for 15 years now so it's been a very long time. And just like any other business person or someone in the industry it's always important to reinvent yourself and come up with new projects.”
