Paris Hilton teams up with LMFAO

Remember Paris Hilton’s short-lived career as a singer back in 2006? Well, she’s back and ready to party-rock it up!

"I was just in the studio with RedFoo the other night, so we're going to be doing my new single with LMFAO," she told MTV News. "I'm going with a whole new genre. I have Afrojack executive-producing the entire album. So we've just been coming up with the most incredible tracks."

And who wouldn’t want to work with LMFAO? Their recent single “Sexy and I Know It” spent two weeks at No.1 and “Party Rock Anthem” has remained in the top 10 on the Billboard Charts.

“I've known [LMFAO] since I was a little girl," she said. "We grew up together 'cause our parents are friends, so I'm just so proud of them and all their success and what they've done 'cause they've just created this whole 'Party Rock' brand and it's just so awesome.”

When Hilton released her debut album, many were surprised by the recognition it garnered – peaking at No. 6. With the ‘Party Rock’ brand behind her, who knows what kind of success her sophomore album could receive.

Her second album is scheduled to drop this summer.
