Temporary injunction granted against 'exposure'.

According to the Associated Press, socialite Paris Hilton was successful in her attempt to gain a temporary injunction against the owner of ParisExposed.com, a website peddling personal pictures, videos, diary entries, and other items to the general public. A federal court judge ordered the injunction (keeping private Paris' social security number, health data, etc...) and sided with Hilton, who sued the website last month for exploiting her personal belongings for commercial gain.

The lawsuit alleges that two defendants purchased the contents of a storage space belonging to Paris, but overdue in payment. These two individuals then allegedly sold all the items for $10 million to Bardia Persa, creator of ParisExposed.com. Persa has now been sent the temporary injunction, and is due in court on Feb. 16th to give his side of the story.
