Paris Hilton will only serve 23 days of her original jail sentence of 45 days. According to the Associated Press, she will also be separated from the "general prison population."
The 26-year-old heiress's sentence was reduced on account of good behavior. Her behavior was calculated by a number of factors, including the fact that she appeared for her latest court date.
Hilton is to stay in a unit that contains only 12 two-person cells that are generally reserved for police officers, public officials, celebrities and other high-profile prisoners.
Like all the other prisoners, Hilton will be given at least an hour to shower, watch television, go outside or talk on the telephone.
Hilton was sentenced to jail this month for violating the terms of her probation in a reckless driving case involving alcohol.
