Parker and Morgan Engaged

Actress Mary-Louise Parker and actor Jeffrey Dean Morgan have recently become engaged, the New York Daily News reports.

The couple had just gotten back together after splitting last year, having originally met on the set of Showtime's fantastic show, Weeds.

Morgan's brief relationship with Parker ended in June of 2007, and did not work out because it was the "wrong time in both our lives," Morgan admitted to People magazine.

But in December of 2007, the couple seemed to have rekindled, after holding hands at the premiere of the Hilary Swank movie, P.S. I Love You.

Morgan came as the second serious relationship for Parker, in recent memory, after she spent from 1996 to November 2003 with former boyfriend and father of her son, Billy Crudup. Crudub infamously left Parker when she was seven months pregnant with son, Atticus, for Claire Danes, who have since broken up.
